  • Shipping Delays: Shipping during winter may experience delays due to weather conditions or logistical limitations. We strive to ensure that your plants reach you promptly, but please be prepared for longer delivery times.
  • Shipping Fees: Due to the extra precautions involved, winter shipments may incur a higher shipping fee. This will be reflected at checkout based on your delivery location and the plants you’ve ordered.
Spring and Summer Shipping (March - October):
  • During warmer months, plants generally ship without the need for extra heating elements, though extreme heat can still affect certain species.
  • Heat Protection: We may include cooling gel packs or other protective measures in shipments to mitigate heat stress, particularly for sensitive species.
  • Standard Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are typically lower in warmer months as fewer protective measures are required. However, please note that certain plants may still have specific shipping requirements that may impact pricing.

  • While we take every precaution to ensure the plants arrive safely, please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your plant has arrived damaged or with signs of distress, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details for assistance.
